Virtual Therapy

Virtual therapy services can be accessed from anywhere, making therapy much more accessible and convenient. Virtual therapy sessions can be held from the comfort of one’s own home, which can provide a greater sense of privacy. It also allows for greater flexibility in scheduling appointments and no travel time. Moreover, research shows that virtual therapy services can be just as effective as in-person therapy.

Compassionate, Personalized Support for Your Healing Journey

At Blossom Counseling, I offer a warm and welcoming space—both in-person and virtually—where you can safely explore your experiences, deepen your self-awareness, and move toward lasting healing and growth.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, my approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and clinical expertise. Each session is tailored to your unique story, your goals, and the pace that feels right for you.

I believe counseling is a collaborative process—one that offers hope, insight, and a renewed sense of meaning. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your story and begin to see your experiences through a new lens. Often, “when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” Together, we’ll work to shift perspectives, challenge old patterns, and create space for healing.

Grounded in a systemic and trauma-informed approach, I specialize in supporting clients navigating:

  • Relationship challenges
  • Addiction and recovery
  • Codependency
  • Mood disorders
  • Communication and emotional connection
