About Lily Ha, M.A., LMFT

Hi there! My name is Lily Ha, and I am a  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #202496) and EMDR-Certified clinician.

I’m deeply passionate about mental health, healing, and the transformative journey that unfolds when we feel safe, heard, and empowered. I believe counseling is a collaborative process that can provide hope and meaning to a client’s life.

My role as a therapist is to help clients explore their personal stories in way that allows them to make meaning in their lives and see their experiences with a new perspective.

I approach counseling from a systemic and trauma informed background and specialize in relationship issues, addiction, codependency, mood disorders, and communication.

My Therapy Services

I believe counseling is a collaborative process—one that offers hope, insight, and a renewed sense of meaning. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your story and begin to see your experiences through a new lens. Often, “when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” Together, we’ll work to shift perspectives, challenge old patterns, and create space for healing.

Grounded in a systemic and trauma-informed approach, I specialize in supporting clients navigating:

  • Relationship challenges
  • Addiction and recovery
  • Codependency
  • Mood disorders
  • Communication and emotional connection

I completed my master’s and doctoral coursework in marriage and family therapy at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. In addition to being EMDR certified, I’m a certified facilitator of Prepare/Enrich, the most widely used premarital and couples assessment tool.

Whether you’re dealing with current stressors or unresolved past wounds, I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore, heal, and grow. Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about reconnecting you to your strengths, values, and capacity for change.

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Additionally, I partner with Mentaya, a platform that helps streamline the reimbursement process by submitting superbills directly on behalf of clients. This can make accessing out-of-network benefits much easier and faster.
